The study was applied to a sample of BMS ELECTRIC workers in Algiers, and to achieve the objectives of this study, we relied on the descriptive approach, and we chose a sample consisting of 46 workers in the field of manufacturing and assembly in both branches - Birkhadem for females and Baba Hasan for males. The tools used to collect data on this study are observation, questionnaire, interview, and a noise-measuring "sonometer" to determine the degrees of noise to which workers are exposed.
After unpacking the obtained data and statistical processing and analysis, we concluded that industrial noise has psychological and organic effects on workers.
