Synopsis

Following the COVID-19 pandemic, telework has become a reality worldwide, presenting challenges to the health and safety of workers. Objective: The aim of this study is to develop a health surveillance and promotion procedure to be adopted by Occupational Health and Safety Services (OHSS) for teleworkers. Method: A narrative literature review was conducted. Search in PubMed and SCOPUS databases, focusing on three areas: physical health, mental health and promotion of healthy habits.
