Synopsis

Occupational Safety and Health has evolved gradually and continuously, seeking to respond to changes in the world of work. To keep up with this trend, the main objective focuses on the development of a transition model from external to internal OSH services in digital support, developed in Visual Basic, a Microsoft programming language. The actionresearch methodology was applied, developed in an organizational context in the study entity, which allowed to collect data that served to understand the state of the existing management system and monitor the needs of the company on the digital tool presented. Regarding risk assessment and control, the method of William T. Fine was used, chosen due
to the ease of application and acceptance in an organizational context. For the recording, investigation and analysis of occupational accidents, the RIAAT process was used, it was adapted. The objectives of this project have been met. There are aspects such as tool design and user interactivity, to be improved in later cycles. Through the digital tool created, the organization under study has the possibility to carry out the transition of the modality of OSH services, having this model potential to be applied in similar organizations in the same sector.
