POSTURAL ANALYSIS OF THE PORTAINER OPERATOR USING THE RAPID UPPER LIMB ASSESSMENT METHODOLOGY – RULA: FIELD RESEARCH

Ergonomics is acquiring an increasing importance in the work environment, several methods and
techniques have been developed for its analysis. Among which is the Rapid Upper Limb Assessment - RULA method, which evaluates the exposure of individuals to postures, forces and muscular activities. Objective: The main objective of this study was to evaluate the postural conditions, using the RULA, in workers who carry out portainer operator activities at the port terminal.
