Synopsis

Firefighting is a hazardous occupation exposure to a wide range of toxic chemicals, smoke, and other
contaminant that is associated with many occupational health risks. As a result, there has been growing concern over the potential health effects of this exposure, including an increased risk of cancer, respiratory problems, and cardiac events.
