Sinopse

In recent years, several changes have occurred in the world of work, these changes have driven the emergence of new occupational risks, namely the interconnection between psychosocial health and work-related musculoskeletal injuries.
In this case study, we intended to demonstrate that psychosocial risk factors and musculoskeletal injuries (MSI) are associated, through current information available at European level, how psychosocial risks can influence the onset of a musculoskeletal injury related to work (LMERT) and even worsen, in the same way, they sought to understand how LMERT can be related to psychosocial factors.
To achieve this objective, a case study research methodology was used using, as data collection instruments, two validated surveys that were carried out to workers in unstructured interviews and participant observation of the performance of different work tasks. work.
The results obtained showed that some psychosocial factors and musculoskeletal disorders effectively correlate with each other.
